Our client, a large security company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative I. This person will be responsible for assisting construction customers.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for entering and maintaining the returns and credit reporting for new construction. This person will also need to be able to follow up with customers.

To be qualified for this position, individuals will need to be able to use all office equipment including, copy machine, fax machine, postage machine, computer, scanner, e-mail, and excel spreadsheets. Additionally, individuals will need to be able to type 60 wpm, have the ability to problem solve, work independently, and have good organizational skills. Two to three years in a customer service roll is a must.
