Education Sales Management (ESM), is a very progressive company with an emphasis on helping out institutions and companies in the education arena. We're seeking individuals with customer service/sales experience to help qualify leads in the higher education industry for our Lewis Center office as an Education Services Professional.

Summary:

Processes inbound and outbound inquiry leads of educational clients and prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify contact information of the prospective student. This includes verifying the student’s name and phone number; confirming the educational program area of interest, and current educational status. Complete a warm transfer to an Admissions Representative.

This includes preparing student for warm transfer by advising them of related events prior to actual transfer, identifying self and student to Admissions staff representative prior to actual warm transfer, and conducting electronic transfer using computer managed software.

The successful candidate that joins our team will possess the following skills and requirements: Available for evenings and weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday). Looking for flexibility.
Degree preferred or currently attending college pursuing a degree.
A minimum of one year customer service and/or sales experience.
Looking for full-time work.
Strong computer skills.
Understanding of and/or experience in the higher education industry a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated.
Reside in the State of Ohio.
This position offers attractive compensation:

$25,000 - 30,000 USD per year (commensurate with experience).
