General Summary:
Handle inbound calls in a call center environment from small and medium-sized
business customers (specifically customers with 6 to 25 lines). The
representative will work to resolve customer service inquiries, concerns
regarding our products/services and the activation of new lines. Explain and
sell products and services to new and existing business customers. Proactively
turns routine service calls into sales opportunity. Access and update customer
accounts through computer based systems with the customer on the phone. Other
duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Strong telephone communication skills and customer interface ability. Strong
selling skills; the ability to recommend solutions to meet specific customer
needs; aptitude to learn communications products and services, ability to work
independently without close supervision, good decision-making skills, ability to
provide high level customer service to customers. Flexibility with work hours:
able to work occasional overtime required.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months experience in a customer
service role is required. College hours or a college degree may be substituted
from some experience as deemed appropriate.

Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Alltel billing systems and Unity
