Park Bank has a Universal CSR position open in Milwaukee. Responsibilities of a Universal CSR at Park Bank include:

Processing customer transactions including: deposits/withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, mail, federal tax payments, savings bonds, cashiers checks, personal money orders, travelers checks, collections, and Master Card/VISA cash advances/payments. Providing each customer with courteous and friendly service, attending to their individual banking needs Identifying customer needs and initiating qualified referrals for customers to meet with other members of the Park Bank team

We are interested in speaking with candidates that have a minimum of six months teller experience and have strong customer service and cash handling skills. Also, candidates must have very good interpersonal communication skills; interact effectively within and outside the immediate CSR team; and be dependable.
