Our client, a National company headquartered in New Braunfels, TX, is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives to provide inbound customer service for its customers.

On a day to day basis, the Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for handling inbound calls from new and existing customers and assisting them with various account and product questions.

To be qualified for this Customer Service Representative position, individuals must have recent Service Industry experience, must type 35 wpm, be familiar with MS Office, and be able to work varying shifts Monday through Friday.
