Volt Services Group is currently looking for a dynamic customer service representative for one of our customers in the Post Falls area. The candidate will respond to customer inquiries, retain membership base and educate the consumer. The ultimate goal is to make each client a satisfied consumer. This role involves working closely with Customer Support and the sales team as well. Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction possible through direct and indirect support one member at a time. Supporting revenue retention, referrals/word of mouth and actions within membership community via knowledge transfer. Maintain the proper company image and culture with our clients. The Idaho customer support team is on the front line of dealing with our membership community on a daily basis and needs to provide consistent feedback about what works well and what does not for the average and unique member. This position also involves analysis of transactions, correcting records, and adjusting errors.

Requirements:
Requirements High School Diploma/GED Required, College preferred. Previous customer support experience required. Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Considerable interpersonal skills are mandatory, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Applicant must have excellent computer skills. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Must be able to successfully pass both a drug screen and background check.
