This is an entry level position

In this position, the qualified individual will be performing general clerical duties, answering inbound calls assisting patients and directing calls, making outbound calls to insurance companies and patient follow up on claims and problem resolution. The individual will be expected to make decisions quickly and drive self initiative for successful customer resolution.

Excellent phone skills strong multi-tasking skills 10-key by touch skills Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Medical billing background is preferred 1-2+ years customer service experience

HS Diploma or Equivalent
