Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager for our Finance call center in Austin, TX location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the Finance Services call center.
Responsibilities
You will coordinate billing and invoicing activity. In addition, you will also manage issue distribution processes and provide resolution for escalated customer issues. You will be overseeing a team of 4 Finance Service Reps.
Requirements
Position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service call center supervisory role. You must have strong experience in Accounts Receivable and problem resolution skills. In addition, Oracle experience preferred. BA degree a plus.
