Compass Bank is currently seeking potential candidates for Customer Service Managers for banking centers in the central Austin area.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Must have a minimum of 2-5 years solid banking experience, with an operational background and demonstrated knowledge of teller functions and general bank operations, along with sales and customer service skills; at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience required. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to make decisions within established limits and handle daily branch situations in a professional manner.

Job Description: Manage all aspects of banking center operations function and teller line. Ensure that the highest quality of customer service is delivered within the banking center, while providing sales support for all banking center promotions and sales of retail bank products and services. Ensure that banking center is in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures. Note: Full-Time schedule includes Saturday morning rotation.
