Novasep, Inc. is a technology-driven company serving the life sciences industry with its leading purification products, engineered systems and contract development and manufacturing services. We are located near Philadelphia and have our headquarters in Europe (see our website novasep.com).

We are recruiting a Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support to our North American customers using our equipment for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and food ingredients applications.

Duties:

- trouble-shoot the equipment (preparative chromatography columns, pumping skids, membrane filtration skids, …);

- perform service at customer's site including corrective and preventive maintenance, qualification and training;

- provide phone customer support;

- document all service activities in compliance with internal procedures;

- prepare spare parts and service proposals;

- assist the engineering team in the design, construction, qualification, installation and start-up of the equipment;

- manage contact with vendors as necessary to fulfill the above duties;

- report to the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:

- BS in Science or Engineering;

- Several years of technical/field experience in the Life Science industry;

- Good communication skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment;

- Willing to travel in North America;

- Eligible to work in the USA;

- Knowledge of French language is a plus but not required.

$45,000 to $60,000 (based on experience) + yearly bonus.
