Customer Service Call Center Rep
Uline, a rapidly-growing international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, seeks Customer Service Representatives for their distribution center in Waukegan, IL, south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Process customer orders via phone

Answer 125 inbound calls per day in a high-volume, fast-paced call center

Must enjoy interacting with customers while representing the company professionally

Maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience/telephone etiquette with customers

Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently

Typing speed of 30wpm

Bachelor's degree and bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
