We are currently looking to hire 5 entry level candidates to join our clients growing litigation support  firm in King of Prussia. This is an incredible opportunity for a Recent Graduate looking to get a position in the Legal or Logistics field!!!!!!!

In this position you would be responsible for the following:

Reviewing previous records to find doctors offices, insurance companies and other medical facilities that are not currently in the database Calling clients in database and verifying their address  Making calls to doctors offices, insurance companies and medical facilities to secure medical and insurance records Taking inbound calls from medical & legal professionals pertaining to the records Updating the database to show correspondence and progress with various projects Scheduling delivieries and pick ups for the retrieval of records Working on various projects as directed by the manager

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Entry level candidates or at least 1 year of experience working in a call center environment Experience with MS Office & Windows
