POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:Answer inbound customer calls 1 - 2 hours per day & process orders via phone, fax & internet
Create & perform MS Access queries for a variety of weekly & monthly performance / statistical reports
Pull relevant information from different sources (AS/400, SQL databases, phone system, relational databases, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel & Access (creation & use of queries, forms, reports, imports & exports)
Professional phone manner & the ability to work independently
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Strong time management, organizational & problem solving skills
3 - 5 years analyst experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred
