This position is responsible for order management, data entry, and customer/order service.

Essential job functions:

Answer phones

Assist all customers

Process phone, e-mail, mail and walk-in orders to include processing payment for orders

Complete reports and paperwork

Ensure quality control

Typing and writing

Other duties as assigned by management

Must have good attendance, good work ethic, and be able to work some overtime occasionally.
