Kelly Services is now recruiting for a Customer Service Advocate.  This position has the possibility of being temporary to hire for the right candidate. Employee will be responsible for handling questions from customers and explaining insurance benefits and eligibility. 

 

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Experience in the medical field customer service environment preferred Experience in a call center environment. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Team Building skills Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
