Bare International, a global provider of custom customer service research and evaluation programs, is in search of a dynamic individual for a full-time position in our Fairfax VA office. This position will be responsible for coordinating the customer service evaluation program of a new client company. Duties will include: scheduling individual mystery shop projects, educating the shopper about client criteria, assisting with shopper questions or concerns, reviewing and finalizing reports, following up on missing or late reports, rescheduling shops when necessary, and reporting areas of difficulty to supervisor.
Requirements for success in this position include:
College-level English reading and writing skills;
Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook and the technical aptitude to learn our custom database system;
Strong verbal communication in person and over the telephone;
Outgoing personality to interact with a diverse population of mystery shop evaluators and office teammates;
Ability to listen, learn and ask questions especially during the first few weeks when on-the-job training is taking place;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Selection Process:
Candidates of interest will be contacted by telephone. If mutual interest is established, candidate will be invited to an informational session conducted by the Director of Human Resources and individual interviews with Operations Managers will follow. Candidates selected as finalists will participate in a working interview on a separate day in which they will not only demonstrate aptitude and skill, but they will also receive a realistic job preview to determine whether or not our work environment is ideal for them. Offers will be made shortly thereafter by the Director of Human Resources. New hires are eligible to receive a $500 signing bonus upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
