Our Chase Card Services unit seeks experienced Customer Service professionals for exciting, new roles to help us strengthen relationships & reduce attrition with our credit card customers. As a Retention Advisor, you will retain credit card accounts, grow account balances and up-sell new products and services. Utilizing consultative selling skills, you will offer expedited customer resolution and/or account re-pricing options to customers who have transferred or are considering transferring full or partial credit card balances. In addition, you will handle other marketing type programs related to balance consolidation, proactive attrition, and support co-branded and mass-market calls.
