The Customer Relationship Manager is ProfitLine's most senior position responsible for the relationship with its large enterprise clients. Supported by a centralized account team, the Client Relationship Manager needs to be a strategic advisor to the client's executives and oversee accurate delivery of all ProfitLine services. Client satisfaction and account growth are key metrics for success. The right candidate will have shown strong customer focus, good interpersonal skills at the executive level, Telecom industry knowledge and the ability to manage growth opportunities for existing customers. The candidate must have prior Account Management experience having been responsible for on-site customer care or project management, account strategy development/execution, service delivery, sales support, proposal and statement of work development. Also important is a good understanding of trends and developments in the telecommunications industry. The ability to work remotely and manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly customer activities is required. Strong presentation/communication skills are also necessary.
· Overall Customer Service and Client relationship management.
· Post-sales and Account Management.
· Fluent and dynamic relationships with client execs.
· Account strategy and account planning.
· Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
· Telecom strategy planning with client.
· Frequent client interaction including conference calls, on-site meetings, monthly and quarterly account reviews, presentations and Webex.
· Proposal and Statement of Work development.
· Project Management.
· Service delivery management.
· Issue resolution.
· Coordination of client workflow, work requests and special projects with ProfitLine service delivery teams (Sourcing, Audit, Data Entry, Optimization, Data Services, etc.).
· Review and preparation of monthly and quarterly customer reviews.
Requirements:
· 5+ yrs prior work experience in account management.
· Experience with invoice processing in the telecom industry is preferred.
· Post-sales and Account Management experience.
· Experience presenting to executives and C-level clients.
· Ability to work under the pressure of strict deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient use of MS Office tools
· Ability to multi-task.
· Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and follow through.
· Located in Columbus, Ohio or Chicago, IL.
· Ability to travel up to 40%, as business needs dictate.
