Description:
Volt Services Group is currently working with one of the leading manufacturing companies in Illinois. They have 12 different locations in the U.S., and provide clients with first-rate technology. They are located in Hoffman Estates and are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join their team. If you are looking for a new challenge and to grow with an industry leading company, then this is the job for you! The main responsibilities include insuring that external and internal customers receive the highest level of sales service possible. You will be processing orders, expediting, changing order requests, preparing general correspondence, and acting as a customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping. This will include quoting price and delivery information, applying organizational policies and adherence to department procedures, and referring problems to the Manager for resolution.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position you must have the following requirements: 1. You must have a two-year college degree ( four-year degree preferred). 2. At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment. 3. Must have a strong phone personality. 4. SAP experience is a plus. 5. You must be able to pass a drug and background test.

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $17.00 Hourly DOE
