Job Description:
INTELLIMED is hiring for a Customer Relations Account Manager!
The Account Manager is the primary interface responsible for relationship development with the Company’s expanding client list. This role is multi-faceted requiring a flexible, organized and independent individual interested in working with Intellimed as a growing healthcare software provider. This position will be responsible for achieving key goals in the Customer Relations Department utilizing a Customer Driven Strategic Plan.
Responsibilities Include:
· Account Management:
o Relationship Management
o Technical Support
o Software Training
o Market Analysis
o Add-On Sales
· Product Development:
o New Features
o New Reports
o Application Testing
o Creation/Interpretation of Client Surveys
· Travel to on-site locations in support of clients (50% Max travel)
Qualifications:
· Excellent professional, interpersonal and communication skills.
· A Bachelors degree with healthcare experience in business development, strategic planning, Ambulatory Care operations or healthcare consulting.
· Strong computer skills to address customer support inquiries.
· Strong analytical skills, able to work independently, self directed and motivated, with experience in working successfully to achieve goals.
· Experience creating and presenting analysis to various audiences
· A significant knowledge base in all Microsoft Office products, primarily focusing on Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
· Interested in and have the ability to learn and work with data and databases related to supporting existing healthcare client base.
