I. Purpose of Position
Primary role is to perform lead generation activities via the telephone that provides qualified leads to the field sales team
II. Key Responsibilities
· Generation of qualified leads
· Uses the telephone to contact existing and potential customers in order to provide additional sales efforts that compliment the field sales team
· Assists with account and contact maintenance in SalesLogix
· Performs special customer contact tasks, such as attendance confirmation for user groups and group sales activities
· Historical sales and sales potential analysis
· Sales admin functions as required
· Other duties as assigned

Position reports directly to the Sales Manager, Service Agreements & Inside Sales
· Internal Relationships:
· National Sales Managers
· Regional Sales Managers
· Customer Service Group
· External Relationships:
· Existing and potential customers

· Achievement of lead generation goals that result in sales
· Achievement of project based assignments

V. Desired Background and Skill Requirements
· Strong interpersonal phone skills
· Prior experience in phone based lead generation
· Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

· Self directed and self-driven
· Team player and reliable performer
Compensation: Pay is determined according to relevant experience. The Current Range is: $10.53 - 15.80 / hour.
