Description:
Knowledge of customer data integration concepts Knowledge of functional and data requirements Knowledge of customer data analytic concepts, functional requirements and techniques Knowledge of data warehouse and data mart concepts including data modeling concepts Knowledge of methods used to integrate customer insights gained from analytics into operational processes Knowledge of business intelligence tools and applicability to functional requirements Knowledge of data governance requirements Ability to develop and implement data governance models Ability to develop business case and ROI Ability to assess current state of customer domain, define future state and assimilate gaps into logical structured initiatives to transition from current to future state Ability to analyze and create the current state Business Architecture diagrams using business process modeling expertise Ability to lead data gathering efforts, work sessions and workshops to gather application, technology and data components in play in current environment using a variety of techniques to gather data Ability to lead work shops and conduct interviews from the C level down to the analyst level Ability to translate large volumes of data and anecdotal information into meaningful, logically categorized findings Identify gaps between current state and conceptual future state and develop recommendations for gap fulfillment. Ability to objectively deliver factual information to highlight findings and generate sense of urgency and buy in for required change Working knowledge of application, technology and data components typically required to support a Customer Intelligence environment (based on e4 Architecture) Knowledge of business process design guiding principles and best practices for developing process models and context diagrams Ability to define scope, approach, deliverables and resource requirements for the proposal or project~


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Seven or more years of experience in business architecture and process improvement
Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology
Experience working with techniques and approaches for organizational change strategy and implementation
Experience working with business process redesign and process improvement concepts, issues, methods, techniques and tools

Other Qualifications

Strong skills in one or more of the following: Vision & Strategy (VS), Business Area Architecture (BAA), Iterative Custom Development (ICD), Package-Based Development (PBD), and Accelerated Application Development (X/AD)
Strong communication skills
Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and CSC
Ability to adjust personal style to different situations
Willingness to travel 100%
