POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:Provide motivation and supervision to a staff of 100 in a high volume customer interaction center (3,000 calls / day)
Monitor, track and enforce department policies, procedures and goals
Maintain Uline's world class service to our business customers
Develop managerial and leadership skills of team leads and department supervisors
Review reports and take appropriate action
Prior customer service management experience, preferably in a call center environment
Experience with process improvement audits
Ability to travel to other branches
