As Customer Account Specialist, you will provide Customer Support for Title Plant Services in Clark, Elko, Eureka, Lander, Lincoln, Nye and White Pine Counties, NV. You will regularly visit customer’s facilities to train them on our products, and respond to customer inquiries. You will also perform the following: ?Troubleshoot product software and hardware issues. ?Provide administrative functions related to customer requirements, product releases, and product documentation. ?Demonstrate, market and solicit sales of peripheral and new products. ?Coordinate work orders for installations, security, and customer site moves/start-ups. ?Assist in resolving customer data correction requests and billing questions. ?Provide input to Product Development activities. ?Conduct group trainings and seminars. ?Perform alpha testing of new software and system enhancements, provide customer interface for beta tests. ?Act as a channel for communications between customer and company. Qualifications EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE: Some college preferred EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2-4 years of Customer Service or Title experience. REQUIRED SKILLS: Self Starter who can work effectively with limited supervision. Thorough knowledge of personal computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of databases, on-line processing and network communications. Ability and willingness to travel within Nevada, dependable transportation and proof of insurance required. Ability to speak clearly and effectively to individuals and groups. Good written communication skills.
