ANGEL Learning is physically growing and changing with new positions opening frequently. We are currently seeking candidates for a K-12 Customer Account Manager.
The K-12 Customer Account Manager will be responsible for working with prospective and/or current customers within a defined territory including identifying prospective customers, understanding their needs, designing solutions to meet those needs, negotiating contracts and ensuring a seamless customer experience. To be successful, the K-12 Customer Account Manager will have the ability and experience to:
Achieve results by developing and executing plans which focus on the right activitiesUnderstand and appreciate customer’s needs, speak their language, and deliver memorable experiencesEffectively collaborate by soliciting other’s ideas, challenging assumptions, probing for understanding, and compromisingFluidly adapt to changeUnderstand his or her own and other’s feelings in order to apply the power and acumen of emotions as a source of energy and creativityUnderstand software applications, translate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience surpassing customer expectations. Experience in software applications, education or publishing markets are highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or comparable experience is required.
