Work Location: Enfield, CT
- Acts as a point of contact for Billing, Account Maintenance, and general inquires on all products
- Responsible for achieving performance metrics
- Approach sales as a way of helping our customers receive the best value for their money. Promote and up sell company products to achieve sales goals.
- Process all transactions in adherence to company billing and collection policies.
- Own customer experience and act as an ambassador for Comcast.
- Identify outages, audit work, disconnects in error, etc.
- Promotes products and services and leverages all calls for sales opportunities





Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school Diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years experience in a professional work environment including a minimum of 1 year in the customer service industry
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within groups and teams.
