Overview/Duties:

Responsible for high-level communication with a certain key account in USA, following up its technical strategy  , defining end-to-end solutions for Next Generation architectures and services that are applicable to the niche Marketplace, keeping improving competitiveness of the solutions to better serve our customers quickly. The solutions will span across Optical network, Broadband, Wireless Access, Core networks, Terminals, Applications & Services , OA&M and integration for operator’s solutions.

Targeting partnership with the key account, establish technical  relationships with key customers and internal technology and product groups, and also third-party vendors to develop Next Generation All-IP based fixed-mobile convergent Solutions for the key account. Introduce Company vision, mission, products and solutions, present company portfolio roadmaps, and work with Account Teams, Product Line Management and Product Marketing to develop these solutions in a timely manner. The candidate will also function as a company spokesperson at key marketing events, and with Media and the Analyst Community.

Requirements:

Qualifications: It is required that the candidate have 18 years or greater experience in wireless, wireline  technologies including Optical Network, DSLAM, NGN, IMS,CDMA/UMTS/Wimax and etc., as well as a strong knowledge base in End-to-End  Mobile networking systems and architecture. Experience in understanding  value-added  application and software. Strong speaking and written communications skills, and a proven capability to present to tier-1 Operators is required.  A Bachelor’s of Science degree of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science,  or Math/Physics is required. Graduate degrees in Engineering/Technology or Business Administration is a plus.  Experience in  Tier-1 operator as high-level technical team leader is preferred.  Experience in  speaking in Technical and Marketing Forums is preferred. A mixture of R&D/Engineering/Product Management/Product Marketing background is preferred.
