The National Account Manager - Food Channel: - Reports to Strategic Account Team Leader
- Interfaces with the Customer Marketing Mgr, Retail Channel Manager, and Customer Service
Is responsible for:
- Achieving annual volume and business plans
- Direct and Indirect Shipment Volume
- KPI (share, distribution, consumption) measured through syndicated data
- Special Pack Forecast accuracy
- Profitability of the sales territory - Achieve annual sales objectives with annual budget
- Manage and partner with brokers
- Manage all business functions within a set of assigned accounts under current Cadbury guidelines and policies
- Develop deep, cross-functional relationships with assigned accounts
- Adapt national business plans & goals to drive desired results in assigned accounts
- Identify, report, and develop incremental business opportunities in the territory
- Build and execute annual account / territory plans based on company guidelines
- Track and report competitive activity
- Maintain TRACC database with “up to the minute” information on assigned accounts
- Complete all account administrative responsibilities
- May supervise Key Account Managers based upon account size / complexity- Manage TPF according to company guidelines - Minimum 10 years sales and Headquarter Broker Management Experience
- Volume Responsibility-Experience managing $8+ MM Sales
- Leadership - Ability to be an every day leader amongst the team
- Budget management and forecasting ability
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Syndicated data, ability to become proficient in Cadbury Adams business tools
- Education - BA/BS- Travel Required – 20% - 50%
