Work as part of the Reporting team in the Analytics group. Minimum 1 years experience with Crystal Reports or 1 year experience with SQL Server Reporting Services. Experience with SQL Server and database query tools is preferred. Claims processing experience desired. DUTIES: - Creates reports to meet user requirements using tools such as Crystal Reports or Microsoft SQL Reporting Services. - Writes and maintains database stored procedures. - Writes and maintains reports in Reporting Services - Works closely with end users to resolve report and application-related issues in a timely, friendly manner. - Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and Analytics Manager. REQUIREMENTS: - A Bachelors degree - Knowledge and hands-on experience with developing and implementing reports and software, using structured software life-cycle methodologies. - Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills. - Must be skilled in tools and languages such as Crystal Reports or Reporting Services, Transact SQL - Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server) and concepts (relational, flat files) - Strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills required. - Must be highly motivated and results-oriented. - Must work effectively with members of multiple departments, outside companies - Desire for excellence in software development and customer service. - Must be able pass an extensive background check.
