JOB TITLE<br>CRM, Product Manager - Sales and Marketing<br><br>PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES<br>Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategic market for SAP and offers tremendous growth opportunities. Businesses face the challenge of aligning their whole organization and activities to their customers’ demands. They at any time must be able to discover changes in customer behavior and the market situation in order to focus their resources and adopt their business processes accordingly. CRM delivers the knowledge and processes to support this efficiently and accompanies customer interactions in all phases the initial contact, contracting, order processing and service. It covers all aspects of marketing, sales, service, and analytics for the areas of IC & Service, CoD and Mobility & Analytics.<br><br>EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS<br>* Help deliver world-class CRM applications. <br>* Drive the plan to buy/build/partner by helping define the roadmap for CRM industry solutions based on well-defined business cases.<br>* Provide direction to development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, in development design and testing activities<br>* Work closely with customers, engineers, sales, and consultants to ensure successful software development, customer adoption, and business results.<br>* Collaborate with sales and consulting organizations to sell and implement your products.<br>* Investigate and initiate product initiatives and business plans.<br><br>WORK EXPERIENCE<br>Responsible for strategy and execution plan for a product area(s). Owns the customer driven development process. Defines market leading solutions and delivers those solutions to customers and the marketplace, driving thought leadership and ensuring the success of our go to market channels. Stays connected to customers and end users at a grass roots level to perceive, adapt, and respond quickly to customer needs and changing market forces<br><br>TRAVEL<br>Up to 30% EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES<br>* Analyze their market and customers to understand the full business potential <br>* Develop and execute against an Execution Plan to maximize SAP’s growth in line of business and the overall market <br>* Develop high quality, market leading solutions <br>* Stay connected to Customers, End Users, and Business Executives with a grass roots level understanding of their needs <br>* Provide expert testing of products to ensure that SAP CRM applications meet customer and competitive requirements <br>* Develop effective Solution Positioning & Messaging <br>* Establish market Thought Leadership to lower cost of sales and maximize margins <br>* Deliver the solution to each of SAP’s go-to-market channel’s, including sales, professional services, and partners <br>* Ensure Channel success to scale in Selling, Implementing & Servicing the solution
