Job Skills/Requirements
This position is responsible for promoting quality nursing care, that is based on current scientific knowledge, functions as an expert practitioner, educator, researcher, consultant, and change agent. Collaborates with others to ensure effective and efficient discharge planning on select patients. Collaborates as needed with Department Director in support of achievement of overall department goals.

Required:
Graduate of a state approved school of nursing. Must be Masters prepared. Active RN licensure in Commonwealth of KY. Three years clinical nursing experience in specialty.

Leadership, communication, problem solving, collaboration and team building skills, systems thinking ability.
