Information about the firm is available at www.jpmorganchase.com.   Position Summary: The Credit Sales Manager (CSM) will support profitable acquisitions growth of Chase Credit Card programs by calling on local Partner retail contacts and locations to drive awareness of credit programs. The CSM will support assigned territory by regularly visiting Partner locations to ensure that card marketing and merchandising are accurate and to ensure the retail Partner credit program achieves the growth objectives through in-store field training programs, servicing and program execution.  Job Description: ·         Cultivate relationships with Partners' customer contact staff and retail managers to enhance awareness, support and promotion of the card program. ·         Coordinate program details with the store manager to execute in-store field marketing, credit promotion, and partner employee training programs. ·         Integrate credit specific training including card features and benefits into associate's on-boarding training and conduct periodic on-going training for associates and store management. ·         Disseminate key requirements and best practices for presenting and selling credit at the point of sale to associates. ·         Ensure retail employees are provided with the tools and information needed to build card program awareness among customers, and seek incremental distribution and promotion   opportunities. ·         Consult with store managers on materials management, in-store program design, marketing collateral, and implementation of in-store programs. ·         Increase awareness of Partner personnel incentive programs. ·         Conduct marketing compliance audits, periodically traveling with his/her Regional Manager. ·         Monitor performance metrics to evaluate store effectiveness relative to credit targets and recommend strategies and tactics to improve performance and efficiency Ability to operate independently and manage time efficiently/effectively via a home office environment Looking for presentation/sales ability, retail experience, and/or banking experience Ability to inspire, motivate and engage the commitment of others Strong influencing, negotiation and problem solving skills Self-motivated Sense of urgency for goal achievement - Strong commitment to driving sales results Effective sales/communications skills (verbal and written) Strong presentation skills a must Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Extroverted, enthusiastic, empathetic Collaborative approach to working with a team Computer skills necessary — Word — Excel - PowerPoint
