We are seeking an experienced Credit Operations Manager to direct and manage the Credit Operations Department, which includes a centralized loan services department, in our medium sized bank (450-500 employees). Success in this position will be measured by ensuring excellent customer service, sound credit quality accuracy and regulatory compliance in the processing of Bank loans. This experienced individual will also oversee the analysis and implementation of programs and projects to improve loan processing.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business etc.) is preferred. 7-10 years experience in a financial industry in a related position with experience leading a loan center or group for a Bank exceeding $800 million in assets is required. Successful people management skills and a thorough familiarity with consumer and small business underwriting processes, loan documentation processes and lending regulatory requirements are needed.
