This is a very important position that requires a positive attitude, significant energy, ambition, commitment, dedication and drive to achieve aggressive objectives and standards. It demands initiative to assist in leading people and achieving results. Previous underwriting, commercial real estate and title report experience is a must in order to be successful in this position. The successful candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years in Commercial Real Estate lending and Real Estate lending experience including extensive knowledge in real estate documentation, reviewing appraisals for accuracy and pertinent data and reviewing preliminary title reports. The successful candidate must be able to properly complete the spreading of financial statements and prepare RCE 's in an accurate, clear and concise manner. The successful candidate for this position must be able to successfully interface and deal with individuals such as branch managers, banking officers and customers. The successful candidate for the position must be a self-starter and able to work independently of supervision. The ability to work in an expeditious manner, be accurate, and work with a heavy workload are essential. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. Proficiency with our client's computer software is a definite plus.
