We are currently searching for a Credit Analyst to join our growing Commercial Lending Group in Salinas, CA. This individual will perform detailed financial and collateral analysis of complex real estate or commercial credit requests with direct and ongoing guidance and makes recommendation regarding viability of the request. Responsible for multiple aspects of the credit product including structuring, financial and collateral analysis, industry research, and financial modeling. Communicates specific loan concerns to Supervisor/Credit Administration during the underwriting process. Responsible for reviewing loans on an annual basis and calling potential problems to Supervisor/Credit Administration.

Successful candidate will posses the following: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred; OR High School Diploma or equivalent with accounting/financial statement analysis related experience or training required.
