Senior Credit Analyst Portfolio Manager

Excellent opportunity for well experienced Senior Credit Analyst Portfolio Manager to make immediate valuable impact, with commensurate rewards through highly competitive salary.

Enjoy high visibility, and will partner with Business Development and Financial Management, providing Real Estate analysis; including understanding the entitlement process, construction budgets, release prices, and commercial appraisals.  May interact with borrowers, relationship managers and others involved in lending. Assess borrower's current financial condition and prepare detailed written analyses including evaluations of financial trends, ratios, industry and market comparisons/risk, cash flow analysis, debt service coverage, and assess overall strengths and weaknesses of credit to assist in the credit decision process. Portfolio Management responsibilities include; assisting in the completion and management of maturities, renewals, past dues and annual reviews. Lead, mentor and train, team of analysts; thrive in working in a positive, team-oriented environment, contributing to the ongoing success of the organization. Successful candidate will bring a well-developed technical skill set to underwrite, negotiate, structure, and document real estate loan transactions consistent with bank policies.

You must possess these minimum background requirements:

BS, BA or BBA Degree preferred. 3-5+ years Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst experience required. Commercial Portfolio Management experience preferred. Credit training in professional bank operating environment preferred. Strong credit risk assessment and transaction structuring skills. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multi-dimensional thinking skills. One year of supervisory or team leader experience a plus.
