The Credit/Accounting Supervisor - Fiduciary will service the Forsyth County Detention Center in   Winston-Salem, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced position that emphasizes customer service and attention to detail.

Location:

Winston-Salem, NC

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all functions related to Accounts Receivable including:

• Daily operations.

• Collection Calls.

• Resolve Credit Issues.

• Maintain and update credit files.

• Prepare and analyze customer monthly A/R worksheets.

• Reconcile cash and accounts receivable monthly.

• Perform various reconciliations of accounts at month end.

• Assist Business Manager in preparing monthly financial statements.

• Maintain and reconcile depreciation schedule.

• Manage administration staff-receptionist and clerical.

• Complete other miscellaneous projects as assigned by Business Manager. 

           

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred.

• Two or more years accounting experience preferred.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience making collection calls a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• PC experience: Excel.

• Must pass Drug Screen, Background Check and Credit Check.

• Must qualify for correctional facility security clearance.
