Description:

Primary duties include full cycle responsibility for external financial reporting - 10k, 10Q, and related filings. Responsibilities also include development and implementation of SOX compliant procedures and regulations, regular review of contracts and licenses, and audit preparation. Requirements:
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA or CPA eligibility. Direct recent experience with SEC filings for a publicly held company.
