Cost Accountant for Multi-Million Manufacturer located in Eastern NC!

 

Multi-National manufacturer located in Eastern North Carolina is seeking a Cost Accountant for their largest facility.  Position will be responsible for assisting in the organization of the cost department, setting costs, investigating variances, analyzing manufacturing operations, providing reporting at various levels of operations and any special projects as assigned by Controller or Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. 

 

Position Duties:

 

Weekly and MTD Flash Reporting Weekly and MTD Labor and OT Reporting Cost Estimating Monthly Closing Special Studies

 

Requirements:

 

BS in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of Accounting and Cost Accounting experience Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Power Point experience required Self motivator who works with little direction
