Manage account relationship and/or engages in an exchange of products & services with other Correspondent Banking, Financial Institutions such as commercial banks, bank holding companies, savings institutions and credit unions.   Primary focus is on new revenue development, customer acquisition and retention by providing prompt access and providing pro active solutions to meet clients financial needs.  The applicant will oversee all aspects of client relationship including providing financial advice and selling appropriate bank products and services.  The applicant will work with product partners in all relevant areas to grow revenue, make appropriate referrals and enhance relationships.  An ideal candidate should be a self starter and goal oriented.  Applicants should be capable of developing relationships at a variety of levels within a client's organization.  Your Career is Here. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of commercial lending experience
- Strong correspondent banking experience with other financial institutions   Preferred Skills/Experience
- 7 or more years of banking, financial services or commercial lending experience - Must have excellent understanding of financial institutions - Strong relationship management and business development - Considerable knowledge of credit and credit quality - Thorough knowledge of bank products and services - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively autonomously and in groups managing customer relationships - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
