We are looking for sales people who want to sell something they believe in, for a 10 year old company that has proven themselves in the market place. Our client is Microsoft Gold Partner, and a 10 year old systems management company that has unrivalled expertise in helping companies significantly reduce the cost and energy of running their technology. In addition to the energy saving offerings, they have been very successful at designing, building and deploying world-class IT infrastructures for over 800 customers in 36 countries for the past 11 years. Because of their outstanding growth, they were listed on the Tech Track 100 for the past four years, and have earned a reputation as one of Britain’s fastest-growing private tech companies.

Now they want to expand into the US, and you can be a part of their exciting growth.

We are looking for an aggressive, strategic, inside sales person to handle sales in the North American market through cold calling, lead generation, and marketing and website follow up. With already 75% of their revenue coming from North America without a dedicated sales force in place as well as the UNIVERSAL drive in the marketplace to reduce energy costs, the potential for success is outstanding.

They offer an excellent base salary along with a generous commission structure. Their office is in Penn Station in NY and there is very little (if any) travel involved. Two week training in London provided.

Responsibilities:Sell software and services solutions to corporate clients (up to 20,000 seats) in the pre-defined territories. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfaction through solution selling skills and capabilities. Establishment new and nurture existing relationships at various levels of the clients' organizations. Effectively articulate the solution in terms of (ROI) to the customer. Advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques.

Skills and experience required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct selling of high-value technology products and services direct. Previous business development/prospecting, experience required. Experience with call management / CRM systems. Well-organized professional with exceptional cold calling skills. Successful track record of selling in both account management and new business environments. Experience in selling Microsoft-related technologies preferred. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
