Excellent opportunity to join the Corporate staff of a respected and financially stable organization located in Northern Indiana. This individual will be a key player in the organization in respect to all financial analysis; and organization of all internal and external reporting. We are looking for an experienced manufacturing senior financial analyst who has the ability to gather critical data, model business plans, communicate in an effective manner to all managerial levels of the organization. In this highly visiable position, the individual will help to drive business planning decisions and be a key player in the Corporate structure.

Minimal Requirements:

4 Year Degree (Accounting or Financial Related); MBA strongly preferred
5+ years related experience
Solid and effective communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of the organization

Proven systems experience (ERP system experience mandatory)
Solid understanding of the cost side of accounting
Responsiveness and decisiveness of a true leader
Strong Hyperion experience
Experience modeling business plans
