We are a fast growing commercial real estate investment group currently seeking a part-time paralegal to work about 10-15 hours per week.  This person will be responsible for assisting the General Counsel with Corporation/LLC formation, maintenance and dissolution; reasl estate transactional matters, such as aquisitions, sales, leasing, title, survey, closing binders, and datebase maintenance.  The person we are seeking must have excellent organizational and communication skills, and have a bachelors degree (a paralegal certificate is preferred).
