The Silicon Valley office of a highly respected national law firm, ranked as one of the best places to work, is looking to immediately hire an experienced (4+ years) Corporate Paralegal for their Corporate and Securities Department.  Compensation depends upon experience but is up to $95,000 per year. 

The position will include assisting attorneys with financings, IPOs, incorporations, M&A and other tasks such as corporate governance and record keeping.  The ideal candidate also has significant experience with research and securities filings.  The Corporate Paralegal will also have significant client contact, so excellent communications skills and professionalism are key.
