Job Summary

 

•           Review and/or prepare selected quarterly and annual sections of the SEC 10-Q/K Filings, including footnote disclosures and Management's Discussion & Analysis information

•           Supervise, coach, mentor and review work of SEC Reporting Specialist

•           Provide assistance to external auditors during quarterly review and annual audit processes and ensure auditors’ sign-off of 10-Q/K is received prior to SEC filing date

•           Lead/Participate in special projects as assigned by the SEC Reporting Senior Manager or Assistant Corporate Controller

•           Ensure compliance with internal controls related to SEC filings

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

•           Undergraduate degree in Accounting

•           7+ years in Accounting function with multinational company or public accounting experience and SEC experience
