Transactional Attorney

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a top-notch attorney to join its legal team.  Epic is a rapidly growing company that develops and licenses software to many of the most prestigious hospitals and healthcare organizations in the country. 

You’ll negotiate complex, multi-million dollar software agreements with sophisticated health care organizations; help develop relationships with other healthcare vendors; and craft strategies to address difficult legal and business problems. You’ll work closely with various internal teams as well as key executives.

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience negotiating contracts. Experience with software licensing or other technology transactions helpful but not required. You must possess excellent negotiation and people skills and have a history of academic success from a top tier law school.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required, and moving expenses will be covered.
