Corporate Controller – Newly Created Position

 

Our company is experiencing rapid growth in the commodities & recycling industry.  We are privately held and headquartered in Fort Wayne, IN.  International sales and partnerships overseas make us a unique business model with a multi-company structure. 

 

Due to our immediate expansion, this newly created position will be directly responsible for the overall accounting needs of the corporation.  Experience and high comfort level with all aspects of accounting – Cash Management, A/R, A/P, a MUST.  

 

Successful candidate must be able to work in a rapidly growing and changing environment.  Responsibilities for the Controller include managing daily accounting functions and financial reporting, managing Profit and Loss (P&L), supervising accounting, overseeing Human Resource functions, completing accurate and timely accounting analysis of corporate performance, forecasting, participating in senior level decision making, and being a key adviser to the President.

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

7 + years experience Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance Plant Controller experience a plus International experience/knowledge a plus Must be capable of performing duties with limited supervision

·        Extensive financial analysis and reporting experience including Cash Management, A/P, A/R, are required
