Terrific New Jersey company seeks an attorney with 3+ years of solid transactional experience to assist them! General corporate/commercial experience, with a mix of law firm and in-house preferred. Pharmaceutical experience is a plus, as is any SEC/corporate secretarial background.

This excellent opportunity is expected to start in mid-June and last 3+ months. Suitable candidates will be admitted to the NJ bar and be easily commutable to Central New Jersey.
