Corporate and Securities Associate:

Description: 2-3 years of general corporate, transactional and mergers and acquisitions experience. Securities law experience preferred. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials and be licensed as an attorney in Texas.

Corporate and Securities Partner

Description: 10 plus years of experience which includes general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Some portable business required.
