SENIOR CORPORATE ACCOUNTANT
Two positions with relocation support
Recent graduate to 3 years of related experience preferred for entry-level position. 3-6 years of experience preferred for senior level position

You will work in a corporate accounting setting and be responsible for completing balance sheet and bank reconciliations, analyzing and recording financial data in the general ledgers, answering GL related questions from the field business units as well as, special projects. The job is to produce financial statements with the ability to answer questions related to those financials. A significant portion of your time will be spent interacting with a French subsidiary, fluency in French required. In short we are looking for a dynamic self reliant senior accountant to help reshape the accounting function.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Ledger: You will be responsible for the closing of the various general ledger accounts. This will focus on bank accounts, fixed assets, intangible assets, prepaid and security deposit accounts, along with miscellaneous accounts.
Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for financial reports delivered from the Accounting department. This includes financial statements, balance sheet and cash flow statements, and payroll files.
Financial Reconciliations: You will also be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, bank reconciliations, ATB analysis, and various other worksheets related to the financials.
You will be directly responsibility for the following:
Sub-ledger postings to General Ledger Tracking and verifying rent expenditures Tracking and verifying payroll expenditures Tracking and verifying Travel & Entertainment expenditures Detailed review of Office/Regional operating expenditures Ownership and recording of recurring journal entries Posting departmental metrics and stats into the ERP system Ownership of cash postings and uploads Preparing summary schedules of management accounts Assisting the Commissions Analyst with the calculation of commission data Learn and effectively use Six Sigma tools and principles Ad-hoc requests as they needed SOX 404 documentation and testing Work with Quarterly and Annual External AuditsYOU WILL NEED:
Bachelors Degree in accounting with 2-6 years Accounting / Finance experience Strong aptitude for financial systems as well as Microsoft Office Detail-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Click here to apply online
